| Born in Hollywood, California in 1950, Philip Brent graduated from USC in 1972 with a Bachelors degree in Finance. He began his career in banking, as a AVP/Branch Manager for Western Federal Savings and Loan in Beverly Hills. Licensed since 1978, Philip has been a broker for over 25 years. In 1978, he started his own real estate firm, The Augustine Company, in Los Angeles, specializing in Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and the Hollywood Hills. Along with a strong resale division, the company had a new homes division, which worked with developers from property acquisition thru product development and sales. In 1989, he changed focus and invested in apartment buildings in Austin, Texas. He became a licensed broker in Texas and started a property management firm, specializing in owning and operating apartment complexes. In 1995, when the Texas operation no longer needed his full time attention, Philip returned to Palm Springs, making it his full time home in 2002. Real Estate is a sound investment. Philip will keep you up-to-date with local trends in the market so you can be an informed buyer. Accustomed to success, he will work diligently to help you meet your goals. |

| A Texas Native, John graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelors Degree in Statistics. John began his career in Residential Construction and personally supervised the construction of over three hundred homes. Enhancing his overall experience, John completed a designation as a Licensed Texas Property Inspector. Combining several years of building and inspection experience, led him to a career with USAA Insurance as a licensed residential claims adjuster. During his fifteen years with USAA, he prepared countless reconstruction estimates and supervised repairs on devastated homes. Culminating all his years of residential exposure, John maintains both a Texas and a California Real Estate License. Relocated to the Palm Springs Area, John brings with him years of residential expertise to keep the clients experience as simple as possible while exceeding their expectations. When John is not working on real estate, you will probably find him working on one of his classic cars. |
